2023 will generate a lot of change in people’s lives because there are three major planets changing from one Zodiac Sign to another during the year. The major planets are the ones, which have longer, slower cycles. This means they spend quite some time in one Zodiac Sign. This equates to a particular area of life with every single person.
So when these major planets change Zodiac Sign they will finish their focus in one area of life and begin to concentrate on a new sphere of life. This gives the experience of closure in one sector of life and the need to transition into different experiences. This happens with every single person.
All the Zodiac Signs have geometrical connections to one another, called aspects – some of these connections are easy while others are challenging. It is actually the challenging aspects that produce significant results, even though they give a feeling of little choice.
The cycle of a planet is based on the length of time it takes to travel through all the 12 Zodiac Signs and return to the position it had when the process began.
The Personal Planets are the faster moving planets, which have the quicker cycles. These frequent changes means that people are born with variances that generate quite different character traits, though they can all be the same Sun Sign or Star Sign.
The Moon is the fastest moving planet – it takes 28 days to pass through all 12 Zodiac Signs.
The Sun is the planet that has the most regulated speed – it takes 365¼ days to travel through all 12 Zodiac Signs. It is the only planet that holds the same position in the Zodiac within a day, all year round. This is why it is the planet that determines our birthday.
Mercury has a cycle of around a year. It has 3 retrograde periods during the year, which changes its Zodiac position from one year to another in particular months.
Venus has a cycle of around a year. It retrogrades every 18 months. When it does this it will spend 4 months in one Zodiac Sign instead of one month.
Venus will spend a long time in Leo in 2023. Venus will move in on 5th June and stay there until 12th October 2023. Venus will retrograde on the 23rd July until 4th September 2023.
Mars has a two year cycle. It retrogrades every second year. When it does this it will spend 6 to 7 months in one Zodiac Signs instead of its normal 6 weeks.
Mars has been spending a long time in Gemini, due to the fact it retrograded between 30th October 2022 until 13th January 2023. Mars moved into Gemini on 20th August 2022 and will stay there until 25th March 2023. This will affect all the 12 Zodiac Signs differently.
The Generational Planets have the slower cycles and this means that people within the same age group have these planets in the same Zodiac Sign. When these planets change Zodiac Sign they generate major changes in the lives of most people.
Jupiter, has a cycle of 12 Years. It was in Aries mid May until late October 2022. It came back to Aries on 21st December 2022 and will stay there until 17th May 2023. Jupiter will then move into Taurus from 17th May 2023 for 12 months.
Saturn has a cycle of 29½ (virtually 30) years. Saturn has been in Aquarius since 2020. It won’t be back to Aquarius for 30 years nor to the area of life it has been affecting in all people’s lives since 2020. Saturn will move into Pisces on 8th March 2023 until 2026.
Uranus has an 84 year cycle. Uranus has been in Taurus since 2018 and will remain in Taurus until 2026.
Neptune has a 165 year cycle. Neptune has been in Pisces since 2011 and will remain in Pisces until 2026.
Pluto has a 247 year cycle. Pluto has been in Capricorn since 2008 (Global Financial Crisis) and will move into Aquarius momentarily in 2023 – from 23rd March until 11th June. This will not finalise anything and can give a taste of what is to come later. It will then go back to Capricorn. Pluto will move into Aquarius from Capricorn twice in 2024, settling in Aquarius for 20 years from 20th November 2024. Cyber crime will probably become the big thing in this time. Warfare will very much utilise modern technology. It will be interesting to see where bitcoin and electronic banking goes during this period as well as all modern day technology. The world will change, just as it has since 2008.
When any of these Major Planets are in Zodiac Signs where you have Personal Planets and points from your birth day and birth time, they will generate major change when they pass over them. They can also do this from other Zodiac Signs due to the aspects they make. This quite accurately predicts periods of major change on a personal level but you need to have your Personal Horoscope done to see this.
When you read the following predictions for 2023 for the 12 Zodiac Signs it is best to read the Zodiac Sign you have on your Ascendant (calculated from your birth time) as well as your Sun Sign.
If you don’t know your Ascendant, your can email me wisdoms@anne-elisabeth.com.au with your birth date, birth time and where you were born and I can calculate this for you.
(Born between 21st March & 20th April)
Jupiter returned to your sign on the 21st December 2022 for the second time and will remain here until 17th May 2023. Jupiter comes to your sign once every 12 years so you have effectively been given the opportunity to take some major new directions, though it may not yet have come to fruition because Jupiter was in your sign for the first of these two occasions from the 11th May until 28th October 2022. This perhaps gave you a few ideas or a taste for new directions, which wouldn’t quite take off. You have had the opportunity from late October to Christmas to rethink things, so that now you are in a better position to move forward and relatively swiftly to mid May.
Mars, your ruling planet is the planet of action, for not just you but everybody. Mars has a 2 year cycle and moves things along at a regular pace but every second year Mars retrogrades and instead of staying 6 weeks in one Zodiac Sign, it spends 8 months there. Mars has been in Gemini since 20th August 2022 and will not leave Gemini until 25th March 2023. While this is not incompatible to you it has likely generated some restlessness when it comes to ideas, agreements with others, perhaps disagreements as well with neighbours or siblings. Mars would not be conducive to settling on an idea and sticking to it.
Mars retrograded on the 30th October. This would have provided you with a good opportunity to rethink things, especially if they came to a standstill. Mars will move forward on the 13th January 2023, so from then until it finishes in Gemini on 25th March, you should be able to move forward with your ideas. This will mean that from the 13th January Mars and Jupiter will work in unison to move you forward with new cycles you have perhaps been a bit frustrated with so far.
When Jupiter moves on from your sign in mid May 2023 it will provide you with the opportunity to improve your income until late May 2024. You should also be mindful of not being overly optimistic and taking on extra debt in this time.
Saturn, the serious and responsible planet will have a move from Aquarius to Pisces on 8th March 2023, where it will remain until 2026. Saturn has provided you with the opportunity in the last 3 years to gain some practical insight into what are the more important priorities in your life. This can include what is worth being committed to in the long term.
In this new 12 year cycle, being generated by Jupiter, you will need to be prepared for slow progress in many ways, due to the position Saturn will now be taking. What you might need to keep under control is frustration, especially in situations where matters are not clear and straightforward. This is not something you experienced with the last 12 Year Cycle Jupiter set in motion.
Mercury, the planet of thought and communication retrogrades 3 times a year for 3 weeks. Because of this, Mercury keeps thoughts focussed on one particular area of life for 2 months instead of 2 to 3 weeks. A reviewing process during this time is usually required.
From 7th December 2022 until 11th February 2023 it would be wise to seriously consider any present obligations and those that you should either take on or perhaps alter in some way. This could include work obligations.
From 4th April until 11th June 2023, your personal finances will require some attention. During this time Jupiter will begin to generate a new 12 year financial cycle for you. It might be good to look at clearing up past debts or perhaps refinancing.
From 29th July until 5th October 2023 your health may require attention. This could be something as simple as doing a bit more exercise and paying greater attention to diet. Getting better daily routines in place can be satisfying. Avoid becoming a slave to the needs of others.
(Born between 21st April & 20th May)
If you sense that some sort of change is on the way, you are right. Part of this may be feeling it is time certain things did change in life. Jupiter, the planet that has a 12 year cycle, will be moving into your own sign on the 17th May 2023 where it will remain until late May 2024. In that 12 month period a new personal 12 year cycle will begin for you. As Taurus is generally a food lover, you should decide, before you start this cycle, on limiting those things you enjoy but don’t need, as Jupiter encourages overindulgence and very easy weight gain.
Until Jupiter gets to your sign it would be wise to contemplate what no longer needs to be part of your life further down the track. Uranus, the planet that has an 84 year cycle, has been in your sign since May 2018 and will stay in Taurus until April 2026. This is generally a once in a lifetime cycle because of Uranus being a very slow moving planet. Uranus has been encouraging you since 2018 to streamline your life. You may have also become more rebellious or independent or still could do. Uranus brings the unexpected, so however well planned you might think you are being, something totally unplanned can suddenly insert itself into your life, generating the need to adjust to matters completely unfamiliar.
Venus, your ruling planet, will retrograde this year as Venus changes over from Evening Star, where it has been since 23rd October to Morning Star, which will occur on the 13th August. Because of this retrograde period, Venus will spend an especially long time, from 5th June until 9th October in one Zodiac Sign – Leo.
Venus as Morning Star is adventurous. By this time, Jupiter would have moved into your sign and so the combination is quite good for putting down some good foundations that you feel would generate security. This can revolve around home and family. In some instances this can mean an increase to size. Otherwise, the focus will be more on being able to enjoy yourself and relax a bit more with life.
Saturn, the serious and responsible planet will have a move from Aquarius to Pisces on 8th March 2023, where it will remain until 2026. Saturn has put you under a lot of pressure in the last 3 years when it comes to commitments and responsibilities including the limitations you may have had to accept. This would have meant work commitments for many. The whole purpose has been to teach you to be realistic.
Saturn’s new focus from March through to 2026 will be your priorities in life. You could find these will change due to what you have experienced in the last 3 years. You could find yourself in a situation where there will be involvement with groups of people.
Mercury, the planet of thought and communication retrogrades 3 times a year for 3 weeks. Because of this, Mercury keeps thoughts focussed on one particular area of life for 2 months instead of 2 to 3 weeks. A reviewing process during this time is usually required.
From 7th December 2022 until 11th February 2023 your focus will be on what the future holds. You may have an interest in taking up some study or to gain further qualifications.
From 4th April until 11th June 2023, Mercury will be in your own sign. This is when you should focus on where you currently are in life, what that has done for you, what might be better dropped or perhaps could be beneficial to go back to. Much can be revealed that could prove useful to you personally. If you don’t seek, you may not find it.
From 29th July until 5th October 2023 you could decide to take up something for relaxation or pleasure. This could include an activity you have enjoyed in the past. It can be a good time for a holiday but because of Mercury retrograding you would need to be highly mindful mix ups or things being forgotten.
(Born between 21st May & 20th June)
Mars, the planet of action, has been in Gemini since 20th August 2022 and will not leave Gemini until 25th March 2023. This is because Mars has been retrograding in Gemini. Mars has a 2 year cycle so it is spending an especially long time getting your new 2 year cycle up and running!
For the most part it has probably been unpredictable, exciting – all the things you like, until it went retrograde on 30th October until 13th January 2023. Retrograde periods generally bring things that seemed to be flowing nicely, to a grinding halt. This is the time to review and see what may or may not be necessary or to gain insight into a situation where all the previous activity distracted clear vision.
Jupiter has favoured Mars in your sign since the 21st December 2022 and will continue to do so until Mars moves out of your sign on 25th March 2023.
Once Mars moves forward on 13th January you can expect any hold ups to fade away. It will be between then and late March that you should focus intently on what you would like to develop over the next 2 years of your life while at the same time avoid jumping into anything that would prove too much to handle long term. This is when your new 2 year cycle will begin in earnest. This period of time will move fast, mainly because Jupiter will be moving along swiftly and it will encourage Mars to get going.
After mid May, when Jupiter changes over to Taurus, this will begin to slow things down somewhat for you. It will not be so easy to get going in new directions then. There will be more serious things to consider.
Saturn, the serious and responsible planet will move on from Aquarius to Pisces on the 8th March 2023 where it will remain until 2026. For the last 3 years Saturn has encouraged you to look at the long term in practical terms. This could have meant gaining qualifications for some.
For the next 3 years Saturn will demand quite a bit from you when it comes to commitment and responsibility. This can arise in all manner of situations in life but for many it will have much to do with work. There can be this sense of no escape. This is why it is so important that you do not impulsively take on more than you will want to handle under the optimistic influence of Mars and Jupiter early in the year. Once Saturn has changed to Pisces and Jupiter has changed to Taurus, the need to be down to earth enters your life.
Mercury, your ruling planet, which is the planet of thought and communication for everybody, retrogrades 3 times a year for 3 weeks. Because of this, Mercury keeps thoughts focussed on one particular area of life for 2 months instead of 2 to 3 weeks. A reviewing process during this time is usually required.
From 7th December 2022 until 11th February 2023 there can be a lot of pressure coming from the expectations other people have of you. It may be difficult for you to ascertain exactly what they expect because there can be a degree of secretiveness on their part. Don’t agree to anything in this time. Be very cautious of financial advice as well.
From 4th April until 11th June 2023, there can be a lot going on behind the scenes and this could include someone trying to pull you down. This is one time you should be very cautious about expressing exactly what you think. Put some alone time aside so that you can give yourself time to think away from all the activity. This can tune you into things you might otherwise miss. Don’t be surprised if your energy level is down a bit – it will pick up later.
From 29th July until 5th October 2023 is an excellent time to focus your mind in a detailed manner when it comes to any home or family matters, especially if there are things which have been left to one side for too long. Past family issues might come up again if they were never properly sorted or finalised. If you have hidden something at home and haven’t been able to find it – now is the time is can quite magically appear again.
(Born between 21st June & 22nd July)
Mars, the planet that has a 2 year cycle and keeps things moving forward has been restraining your life since 20th August 2022 in ways where it has been difficult to do much about it, except perhaps bring an end or move on from certain situations. Keeping a lid on your frustrations has likely been a challenge in itself but has been necessary as a self protective measure.
Mars retrograded from 30th October 2022 and will move forward again on 13th January 2023. This has provided the opportunity to review the past and to perhaps even decide to go back to a past situation. From 13th January to 25th March you will experience positive forward movement but exactly what it will all be about may not be known.
Mars will move into your own sign on the 25th March until 21st May 2023. This will be the beginning of a new 2 year personal cycle that could generate all sorts of opportunities up to late August. Your energy level will pick up and so will your self-confidence.
Under the influence of Jupiter between mid May and late October 2022, you have likely established a good reputation for yourself though it may seemed to have come to nothing much. This could produce results from 21st December 2022 until 17th May 2023 with Jupiter returning to place you into a good light. The only thing you have to watch is taking on too many obligations or being too generous of yourself. Bear in mind that something, which starts out as a small thing can easily grow to something much larger, especially due to your willingness to make a success of it.
The change that Jupiter will make from the 17th May 2023 until late May 2024 could bring advantages your way that can involve you with a group of people. It might also be a time where you benefit from not so much what you know but who you know. Choose to be involved in situations that suit important priorities in your life.
Saturn, the serious planet of authority will make a change from Aquarius to Pisces on the 8th March 2023. This will suit you much better than the influence Saturn has generated for the last 3 years. An authoritative person has very likely put you under a lot of pressure, just because they felt they could. It may have been difficult to know the exact reasons why or what their true motivations were. It has probably left you feeling that whatever doesn’t break you, makes you stronger. You will feel completely freed up from March 2023 through to 2026. You will be encouraged to structure long term goals into your life that offer you a sense of stability and security that can be relied upon in the future. This might include gaining further qualifications.
Mercury, the planet of thought and communication retrogrades 3 times a year for 3 weeks. Because of this, Mercury keeps thoughts focussed on one particular area of life for 2 months instead of 2 to 3 weeks. A reviewing process during this time is usually required.
From 7th December 2022 until 11th February 2023 there can be a lot of activity with other people. This could include catching up with some you have not seen in a while. There is likely to be a degree of reliability and stability attached to these people.
From 4th April until 11th June 2023, there will be a focus on groups of people and this could include people from the past. You might also catch up with friends you have not seen in a while. It is important you focus on your priorities. You could also decide that something that once was a priority should be reinstated in your life.
From 29th July until 5th October 2023 – this is an excellent information-gathering period. Be extremely cautious when it comes to making promises that would require you to enter into a contract or agreement. You need to fully understand all the finer points. Anything involving neighbours should not be lightly considered. Don’t presume anything. This could also be the case with siblings or people you deal with on a daily basis.
(Born between 23rd July & 22nd August)
Venus, the planet of peace, balance and harmony will retrograde this year as Venus changes over from Evening Star, where it has been since 23rd October to Morning Star in your Zodiac Sign of Leo, which will occur on the 13th August and last until June 2024. This is especially potent to Leo’s born around the 13th August.
Because of this retrograde period, Venus will spend an especially long time, from 5th June until 9th October 2023 in Leo. This will encourage you to focus on the things you enjoy in life and would probably be a very nice time to take a holiday, if you feel you are due for one. You might also decide to change your look in some way – a new hairstyle, new clothes or involve yourself in something creative that can be enjoyed. Venus became Evening Star in Leo from August 2019 until June 2020.
That Venus will become Morning Star on 13th August, it may bring the opportunity to fulfil something started then or thought about. Venus as Morning Star is adventurous and is more encouraging to take forward moving action towards what you might want.
Jupiter back in Aries for the second time from 21st December 2022 until 17th May 2023 can generate a sense of being very grateful for what life has to offer, particularly in comparison to things going on in other parts of the world. In some ways it may change your view of what is really important in life. Some will make decisions to study to gain qualifications that will be useful in the longer term. Future goals you thought you had settled on last year could change in this time or be tweaked in some way. Just be cautious about taking too much too soon, as when Jupiter changes on 17th May to Taurus for 12 months, you will then notice the degree of obligation is much larger than anticipated with what you might optimistically take on earlier in the year.
Saturn, the serious planet, has focussed on the area of other people in your life during the last 3 years. For some, significant relationships would have entered life with commitments made to support one another, which could include advice in all sorts of areas of life. This could have been on either a personal level, or work/business level. Some of these relationships will continue to be important very long term, with a degree of security attached.
Saturn will move on from Aquarius to Pisces on the 8th March 2023, where it will remain until 2026. You will need to be mindful of the expectations of others, as they could become more demanding than you initially anticipate. It could be difficult to ascertain exactly where they stand as they can become secretive. This could also be the case with any person who has some sort of authority and expects you to jump to – not something Leo handles well! If you get to a stage where things seem overwhelming, counselling could be extremely beneficial.
Mercury, the planet of thought and communication retrogrades 3 times a year for 3 weeks. Because of this, Mercury keeps thoughts focussed on one particular area of life for 2 months instead of 2 to 3 weeks. A reviewing process during this time is usually required.
From 7th December 2022 until 11th February 2023 is an excellent time for you to get on top of all the little jobs you have let go. You can be rather efficient at getting a better routine in place where this has been lacking. Also, to get into a good health regime to start the year.
From 4th April until 11th June 2023, commitments and responsibilities might need a review as to what is feasible when it comes to efficiency. Others might need reminding of their obligations, especially if they are quite happy to leave these things to you. This is not on.
From 29th July until 5th October 2023 – your finances come into focus – perhaps you need to pay greater attention to how your money is being spent. It is an excellent period for getting a detailed budget in place – you might also need to do this for somebody else.
(Born between 23rd August & 22nd September)
Mars has been putting you under a lot of pressure since 20th August 2022. In some ways, it may have given you more energy to keep on keeping on, than would normally be the case. The main lesson Mars has been giving you is to stand up for yourself, though that probably hasn’t been easy. From 30th October until 13th January, Mars has retrograded, encouraging you to review all the things you have become responsible for.
Once Mars moves forward from 13th January until 25th March 2023, you will be in a better position to decide exactly what you will take on, though you might need to be prepared for fight for your rights. It would also be a good time for you to get work matters in order, if that is something you need to do.
Jupiter back in Aries for the second time from 21st December 2022 until 17th May 2023 is putting the focus, big time, on what other people expect from you. You may find it difficult to understand how others can be so self-focussed and non-caring about the effect their expectations have on you. Mars operating in unison with Jupiter until 25th March really requires you to stand up for yourself and sort this out. It might lead to some arguments but this can be entirely necessary if you are not going to become a slave to the needs of others.
This is the beginning of a significant 2 year cycle when it comes to the obligations you accept on any level in life.
Once Jupiter moves on from Aries to Taurus on 17th May for 12 months, you should feel lighter and freed up but this will not happen if you go into this period accepting something you do not want – it will simply become more entrenched.
Saturn the serious planet of responsibility probably hasn’t been much help in the last 3 years while it has focussed on the area of your life associated with becoming a slave to the needs of others. It has aided and abetted your natural tendencies. Taking care of your own health or that of others has perhaps been quite a strong theme as well.
Saturn will move on from Aquarius to Pisces on 8th March 2023 and begin focussing your life on partnerships and interactions with other people up to 2026. Relationships of some importance can come into your life that will have stability in the long term attached to them. This can be on either a personal level or work/business level. You might also begin to realise that your skills are appreciated more than you have realised. Your main lesson to learn from this period will be to negotiate situations for yourself rather than just make it easier for everybody else.
From 7th December 2022 until 11th February 2023 you will be encouraged to think about the things you enjoy in life. You might realise it is up to you to generate this for yourself. A holiday at this time would be enjoyed, though you need to be mindful nothing is forgotten.
From 4th April until 11th June 2023, a better view of the future can begin to take shape, which could come about by reviewing what has gone on in the past. You might decide to take up something again that you enjoyed learning in the past.
From 29th July until 5th October 2023 this period will occur with Mercury in your own Sign. The focus needs to be on yourself, what you are doing with your life and what you want from life for yourself. This is a good time to go over the past, what you have done and what you have enjoyed. This type of thing does not happen in your own sign that often, so be sure you take the time to really focus on your own needs.
(Born between 23rd September & 22nd October)
Mars from the 20th August 2022 has encouraged too many distractions when it comes to settling on future possibilities or where you should head. Much might have seemed clear to begin with but once Mars retrograded on the 30th October, matters could have come to a standstill.
Mars will move forward on 13th January 2023 and begin to move things along more directly up to 25th March. It might be wise to try and narrow things down – you may have been attempting to do too many things at the one time. Situations themselves may have had too many choices and any information attached may not have been thorough enough.
Jupiter, moving back into Aries for the second time from 21st December 2022 until 17th May 2023 will generate a lot of activity with other people. On the surface they could seem rather generous but it could more be their expectation of generosity from you. If there has been anything you have been attempting to settle in the long term with somebody else last year, but it came to no avail, then up to 25th March, while Jupiter and Mars are supporting one another, would be best to attempt this. It could happen quickly but don’t you be tempted to rush into anything yourself. See what is offered.
Venus, your ruling planet, will retrograde this year as Venus changes over from Evening Star, where it has been since 23rd October to Morning Star in the area of your Horoscope related to friends, groups of people and important personal priorities. This Venus Morning Star will occur on the 13th August and last until June 2024.
Because of this retrograde period of Venus, it will spend an especially long time, from 5th June until 9th October 2023 where it can activate some very nice changes in your life. Morning Star is adventurous and this may encourage you to look upon what it important in life with a bit more gusto. You could benefit greatly from whom you know. If you need recommendation, don’t be afraid to seek it. Social activity with friends could be busier than usual. Involvement with groups of people in either a personal or work situation will have more importance than usual.
Saturn, the serious planet will move to your health area from 8th March 2023 where it will remain until 2026. Don’t leave any dental checkups – stay up to date. Saturn may require you to become more disciplined with your health, which could also represent your diet and perhaps exercise, if you have become a bit lazy with this in the last 3 years. What you need to seriously watch is becoming too much of a slave to the needs of others. It might be time you taught them to be more responsible themselves. This takes discipline and is not easy.
Mercury, the planet of thought and communication retrogrades 3 times a year for 3 weeks. Because of this, Mercury keeps thoughts focussed on one particular area of life for 2 months instead of 2 to 3 weeks. A reviewing process during this time is usually required.
From 7th December 2022 until 11th February 2023 is an excellent time for you to get a good foundation in place when it comes to home and family matters. This could be the precursor to what you will need to learn to deal with when Saturn changes in March. Be diligent.
From 4th April until 11th June 2023, financial matters that have some sort of connection to other people will come under the spotlight. This can be people willing to spend their money with you. A good time to get money owed paid back. It might be wise to review your Will.
From 29th July until 5th October 2023 – there can be a lot going on behind the scenes. Your best mode of action is to find quiet time to yourself so that you can carefully analyse anything you do not feel clear about. It would be wise to keep many of your thoughts to yourself until matters start to come into a clearer focus.
(Born between 23rd October & 21st November)
Mars, your ruling planet, has been out of sorts with you since 20th August 2022. Other people have likely been difficult to deal with. This could have been through unreasonable expectations of you or pressure that has been placed upon you through their own complexities. From the 30th October, Mars retrograded and with this you may have felt powerless to do much, coupled with a sense of no forward movement.
Mars will move forward on 13th January 2023. Between then and 25th March 2023 you should focus on any situation you feel needs to be brought to an end. This would also be a good time for you to look at refinancing, if that is something you feel might ease things to some degree. You will probably feel a lot happier once Mars moves on in March – as if you have been set free.
Jupiter back in Aries for the second time from 21st December 2022 until 17th May 2023 is putting the focus back on your health area. It is possible you put on weight or became lazy when it comes to exercise between May and October 2022. Now you will need to work very hard to get things sorted. Jupiter is not about fine detail, but this area of focus it is stimulating is about having things in order, properly sorted, which Scorpio can be good at. Just be aware that you will be more inclined to let things slide and that can get you behind.
Once Jupiter moves on from Aries to Taurus on 17th May for 12 months, life can certainly become a lot busier where other people are concerned, as well as more social. Some out of the ordinary people can come into your life. During this time you can establish connections with others that will be useful long term. You could find you will gain more recognition.
Saturn, the serious planet will finish a 3 year cycle on 8th March that has been important in relation to the foundations you are setting down in your life. This has likely involved home and family matters that have meant greater responsibility for you. Whatever, it has demanded that you take a more serious approach to the things that underlie everything you do in your life.
From 8th March 2023 until 2026 you can start to reap the benefits from anything you studiously worked at putting in place since 2020. There can be a degree of enjoyment in what you will experience – this will definitely be your aim. This can include children or younger people in general. You might also take up a hobby you have always wanted to do but not had the time to get involved in properly. You don’t like to do something unless you can be all in.

Mars, has certainly kept you busy with other people since 20th August 2022. To say that some have been unpredictable would be an understatement. This, coupled with a certain level of aggressiveness with their focus completely on their needs has no doubt presented you with some very interesting challenges. When Mars retrograded on 30th October a lot of frustration could have then been projected your way. There would not have been a lot you could do about it. There was little choice but to focus on what you could put in place, as a structure in your own life, up to 21st December 2022. Not that this would have fully sorted any behaviour you had to deal with.
Mars will move forward on 13th January 2023 and continue to focus on this area until 25th March. This, with the support of Jupiter, your ruling planet, back in Aries for the second time will take you forward in a much more positive manner in your dealings with others. This could very well bring new people into your life.
Jupiter, your ruling planet has returned to Aries for the second time from 21st December 2022 until 17th May 2023. This is a favourable position for you – one, which can bring a sense of luck, in many situations. It will encourage your natural tendency to have an optimistic view of things to reign supreme. Whatever might have been full of roadblocks between mid May and late October 2022, will now move forward effortlessly. What you need to be careful of up to May 2023, is generously overcommitting yourself, mainly because you are not likely to take all the details involved into account, which can be a fault of yours.
Jupiter will move onto Taurus on the 17th May 2023 for 12 months. You will need to be mindful of the amount of detail involved with matters you need to deal with on a regular basis. You must also guard against becoming bogged down helping out others – they will take advantage of your generosity of they can get away with it. You will also be inclined to gain weight and although you may not feel like it – regular exercise will do you good.
Saturn, the serious planet will finish a 7 year cycle of personal development on 8th March 2023. Up to 2026, Saturn will take you into a cycle where you need to be fully focussed about what you accept, as this will form a very strong basis in your life for the next 21 years or so. This can include home and family matters, amongst other things. For some, it will be taking on family responsibilities for the first time. For others, it can be more about ensuring family members start to become more responsible for themselves. This is often a more difficult task, especially if you have been doing too much for them. It is for their own good.

What this retrograde period would have been good for is looking into health issues that have been around for a while but which you hadn’t done much about. This can bring many opportunities your way that could include education in some way, even if it is that you will become more educated in essentials in the sphere of life you need to operate in. Saturn has not stimulated this part of your life for 30 years, so you could perhaps look back on all you have learnt in that period with anything you might still be involved with. What you will have to watch is distraction, as the disciplinary side of Saturn will not put its highest level of pressure upon you. You could keep changing your mind about what you want to do with your life as well, which is unlike you. Get used to it up to 2026.

It is also the start of a 7 year period of personal development that will get you to the foundation laying process in 7 years of this new 30 year cycle. You will no doubt sense that you need to become serious about yourself and what you can or want to manage in your life. Saturn has held you back, one way or another since 2020 but at the same time has given you plenty of opportunity to withdraw to some degree and begin a practical evaluation of your life and what you want in the long term.
