You could wonder whether you are doing a lot of unnecessary work because of there being a lack of clarity, either about the expected outcome or whether you will be supported in achieving it. You are right in sensing there is some volatility there but what also exists is somebody in a stable position who wants future improvement.

Expect the unexpected in a good way when it comes to your dealings with others over the next 6 months. This can include new people coming into your life.
